Colors on screen may not accurately reflect the product, though we try our best to get good photos. If a toy or object breaks, please reach out to us because we want to help and we like feedback! Let us hear from you. We give a 20 day window for normal returns and ask for a 7 day period for return processing for refunds.
The Origin Hide Box comes with a 5 year warranty to be free from defects and a full replacement if an accident occurs and it breaks. Just let us know and ship it back, we will take care of the rest!
